As the importer of record, you (or your customs broker) file the entry and pay any applicable duty directly — this is standard for US imports. We make it easier by giving you the correct HTS classification and an estimated duty amount before you order, so you know the number in advance.

A deposit is due when you place your order, and the balance is due once your shipment is inspected and loaded onto the vessel — before it even leaves Vietnam. You're never paying for goods that haven't been verified yet.
