You Send Your Requirements
You Send Your Requirements
Within 24–48 hours, we send you a clear quote covering product and freight, plus an estimated import duty for your reference — so you have the full picture before you commit.
Mill Sourcing & Production
Mill Sourcing & Production
We place your order with a vetted mill from our network. Production is scheduled and monitored so your timeline stays on track.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before loading, we inspect the shipment for thickness tolerance, moisture content, and surface quality. You receive an inspection report before goods leave the factory.
Ocean Freight & Documentation
Ocean Freight & Documentation
We book the container, handle export documentation, and coordinate with our US customs broker to prepare the entry filing in advance — so clearance starts before the vessel even arrives.
US Customs Clearance
US Customs Clearance
As the importer of record, you (or your customs broker) file the entry and pay any applicable duty directly — this is standard for goods entering the US. To take the guesswork out of it, we provide the correct HTS classification and an estimated duty amount before your order ships.
Once cleared, your shipment is trucked to your facility — your balance was already settled at loading, so there's nothing due on arrival.
Goods are trucked to your facility. Payment is due upon delivery — you're not paying for goods still on the water.
Pricing & Terms
Pricing & Terms
Your quote covers product and freight to the US port — a clear number with no hidden markups. Import duty, if applicable, is separate and paid directly by you as the importer of record; we provide an estimated amount before you order, so it's never a surprise. Payment terms: a deposit is due when you place your order, with the balance due once your shipment is inspected and loaded — you're paying for goods that have already been verified, not goods still being made.
Compliance

Every shipment is classified under the correct HTS code and checked against CARB/EPA formaldehyde emission requirements for wood products entering the US — accurate information you can rely on for your own customs filing.
